In 2021 we’ve officially adopted a hybrid work policy, offering our employees the choice to work from one of our well-appointed resource centers, their homes, or any other location (tropical island, anyone?). We believe greater flexibility to choose your work environment maximizes productivity, job satisfaction, and creates a thriving culture.

Even as we’ve adopted this hybrid work model, we believe there’s no true substitute for in-person interaction. At least a few times a year, we’ll organize events to share space, shake hands, and gather together. We promise those times will be tightly focused on building relationships, supporting you, and strengthening the company. And hey, maybe we’ll even have free cookies.
